Alan Harwell, is a PPA Certified Professional Photographer, Adobe Certified Workshop Instructor and Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) for Photoshop. He earned a degree in Graphic Arts while serving in the United States Air Force for 20 Years as a Graphic Illustrator/Photographer. There (among other assignments) he served as the Illustrator for the Air Force Surgeon General, and as the Manager of the Graphics shop for the Armed Forces Presidential Inaugural Committee for the Inauguration of President George W. Bush. He is a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), and the Intermountain Professional Photographers Association (IPPA), and currently owns and operates a portrait studio located in American Fork, Utah.

Photographs were taken during real assignments. Hands-on training will ensure that you will be able to work through each objective. Workbooks illustrate techniques step by step, and contain a companion CD-Rom containing images used in class. Although we teach using the most current software, topics and skills are applicable to earlier versions.
