Why don't you have all of your prices/packages on-line? We have too many options, that change as new and exciting products are available for us to offer. Really, you just need to call, or better yet, make an appointment to see what we can offer you!

Why don't you give all the high resolution files with every package? Quality. We spend a considerable amount of time enhancing the images we produce. (After all, didn't you hire us to create a "jaw dropping" portrait?) If all you want is images out of a camera, contact someone offering their sevices from KSL.com, like the "photographers" mentioned above.

What's a pre-consultation, and why do I need one? It's a brief appointment to allow you to visit our studio, and to talk face to face. We want to get to know you before your portrait session. We'll answer any questions, show you examples and give you advice on clothing and the proper setting. We'll work to ensure that on your special day, we're prepared to capture the moment, using only the poses and backdrops that you desire.

Do you have a business license? YES! We're listed on the American Fork Businesses web site.

Do you belong to any professional organizations, such as the Professional Photographers of America (PPA)? YES! We are a member of a nation wide organization, The Professional Photographers of America (PPA), and the local chapter, Intermountain Professional Photographers Association (IPPA).

What training have you had? 20 years as an Illustrator/Photographer in the United States Air Force, and on-going training through the PPA and IPPA, and I'm an Adobe Certified Professional in Photoshop.

Do you have a permanent studio? Our studio is state of the art. Professional lights are mounted on the ceiling, assorted backdrops are hung on rails, and each and every shot is instantly previewed on a monitor.

Does your studio have outside gardens? We take great pride in our gardens! Our spacious lot has a boulder sitting wall with a water fall, a vine covered gazebo, hidden fountains in our shade garden, arches covered with flowers, and much, much, more. Did I mention that we are adjacent to a city park? Playgrounds for the kids help eliminate stress, and provide a fun sitting for "natural" portraits.

What guarantee do you offer? You must be absolutely “thrilled” (not just satisfied ) when you view your portraits for the very first time. Love them, or you’ll get every penny back ... no questions asked and no hard feelings either! (Guarantee will be honored only if absolutely no other photographs were taken by friends, family, or others; and you have not received any prints or high resolution images from DS Portraits.)
